Food:
We highly recommend that you bring a small supply of your pet's regular
diet.
We feed a high-quality diet, but a sudden change in diet coupled with the
change in surroundings may easily cause soft stools or diarrhea.
Personal Property (bedding, toys, etc.):
Our boarding facilities are cleaned and disinfected twice daily, and all
bedding is laundered.
Therefore, it is very difficult for us to keep up with every pet's personal
bedding.
Toys are OK but we cannot guarantee they will be returned in the same
condition
as left, and they may become lost in the process of cleaning and laundering.
Fleas, Ticks, Illness:
Our boarding facilities are kept clean, but we request your pet(s) to be on
heartworm preventative and a flea and tick preventative. It is not possible
for us to discover
and/or prevent fleas, ticks, and common viral illnesses.
Vaccinations:
For the safety of your pet and us, we require that all animals entering
for boarding be up-to-date on Rabies
vaccinations. In addition to the rabies vaccination, we recommend but
do not require all the others. Puppies cannot be boarded until they
receive their final round of vaccinations including rabies. Rabies
certificates can be faxed to:
972-931-8080 or hand delivered
on pet drop off. |
Medications:
Please bring your pet's medications and include dose if different from
label. |
Check-In:
When checking in, please label your pet's food and/or belongings and
indicate that you have made reservations online.
